33 Awesome Uses of Lemon Essential Oil

When someone mentions the word “Lemon”, I immediately think “fresh, clean and pure”. There is simply something about lemons that evokes an overall feeling of wellness and goodness. This might come from my memories of being given a lemon to hold and to smell when I suffered the occasional childhood illness.
Using lemons for health and home is nothing new, since back in ancient times, lemons were used to help heal a variety of ailments. It has been suggested that the Romans used lemons and lemon rinds to fight off disease as well as to ward off insects, uplift moods and even freshen clothes.
In modern times we have lemon essential oil which is a concentration of oils that have been cold pressed from the rind of fresh lemons.   Pure lemon essential oil is pale yellow in color and has the aroma of freshly peeled fruit.   It’s fresh, clean scent activates the body and the mind and serves as a powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and antiseptic.
Today I list some of the terrific if not awesome uses for lemon essential oil, loosely organized by category.   Some of these you may know about but others might be new.   You might find a surprise or two here.

Health & Healing

1.  Soothe Sore Throat:  Add 2-3 drops of lemon oil to   hot tea, or drink it with warm water and honey to help soothe a sore throat.
2.  Coughs, Colds & General Congestion: Rub a few drops of lemon oil on your chest and/or throat when you feel congested. Repeat several times daily. (You can also diffuse lemon oil into the air for help with respiratory problems.
3.  Stop a Runny Nose: Use a little carrier oil and a drop of lemon oil in the palm of your hand. Get your fingertip wet and swipe each side of your nose. This really works!
4.  Treat Allergies & Hay Fever: Apply a drop of lemon oil behind the ear or under the nose 2-3 times a day to help fight seasonal allergies. Alternately apply to the bottoms of your feet.
5.  Energy Booster: Add a couple of drops of both lemon and peppermint essential oils to water for an instant boost in energy.
6.  Sanitize Your Toothbrush: Put a drop of lemon oil on your toothbrush then swish it around in a bit of water to immediately clean and sanitize it.
7.  Bad Breath: Place 4 drops of lemon oil in 4 ounces of warm water and gargle to get rid of bad breath.
8.  Treat Acne: Apply three drops of lemon essential oil to a cotton ball and swipe onto the affected area, repeating up to three times a day.
9.  Fight Fatigue:  Moisten a cloth with five drops of lemon essential oil and hold directly underneath your nose. Breathe in the scent for at least two minutes.
10. Stress Relief:  Add ten to fifteen drops of essential lemon oil to your bath water and soak for at least fifteen minutes.
11. Treat Minor Wounds: Essential lemon oil is a natural antiseptic. Place five drops of lemon essential oil in a bowl of three ounces of water. Wipe the wound with a sterilized cloth or pad that has been dipped into the mixture. Continue this process until the wound appears clean.
12. Remove Callouses, Corns and Warts:   Apply a drop of Lemon undiluted, twice a day until they go away.
13. Heal Canker Sores:   Add a drop of Lemon to a shot glass of water and swish around the mouth for several minutes to alleviate canker sores.
14. Relieve Cold Sores & Fever Blisters: Dab a drop of lemon oil on the cold sore 2 to 3 times daily. If the lemon oil stings, dilute first with a bit of coconut oil or olive oil.
15. Control Psoriasis: Using a roller ball, apply lemon oil to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day. For an extra boost, top with DIY Miracle Healing Salve, rubbing it in lightly.
16. Clear Up Nail Fungus: Apply a few drops of lemon oil to the affected nail several times a day. Continue until the nail fungus clears up. Note: This may take a few months.
17. Skin Brightener: Brighten a dull complexion by adding a drop of lemon oil to your daily moisturizer. Be sure to follow-up with a sunscreen since lemon oil (and all citrus oils) increase photosensitivity.
18. Improve Mental Clarity:  Diffuse lemon in your work or study space to improve mental accuracy and concentration.

Household

19. Glass Cleaner: Add lemon oil to a spray bottle filled with water and use as a glass cleaner. This will even clean the hard water spots and soap scum off of a glass shower door!
20. Clean and Sanitize Toilet Bowls: Add a few drops of lemon oil along with baking soda to clean and sanitize your toilet bowl.
21. Disinfect Cutting Boards and Kitchen Surfaces: Rub a few drops of lemon oil on cutting boards and other kitchen surfaces to disinfect and sanitize.
22. Kill Germs: To kill germs, soak kitchen cloths and household rags overnight in a bowl of water with a drop or two of lemon oil.
23. Air Freshener: A few drops of lemon essential oil added to a spray bottle filled with water makes an all-natural air freshener. Better yet, add 8 drops to a diffuser and let the wonderful smell clean and freshen the air.
24. Remove Odors: A drop or two will remove odors. For example, you can put lemon oil on a cotton ball and stuff into stinky shoes or add a few drops to a diaper pail.
25. Freshen Laundry: Add a few drops to your DIY homemade laundry soap or add a drop to the final rinse cycle to freshen up your laundry. This will also leave your washer smelling nice.
26. Degreaser: Lemon oil will remove grease and grime from yours hands, as well as tools, dishes, and household items. It will also remove tree sap and the residue left behind from glues and labels.
27. Wood Cleaner:   A few drops of lemon oil added to some olive oil creates a non-toxic wood cleaner and furniture polish.
Outdoors
28. Mosquito Repellent: Mix lemon oil with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil) and run over your skin to repel mosquitos who hate the smell.
29. Heal Insect Bites: Apply two drops directly to the bite and lightly rub. Do this two to three times during the day.
30. Hand Sanitizer: Rub a drop of Lemon oil on your hands after using a public bathroom to sanitize your hands.

Food & Water

31. Improve the Taste of Water: Add a drop or two of lemon oil to your glass of water to improve the taste.
32. Flavor Enhancer:   Add a drop or two of lemon essential oil to bland food to liven it up. Make sure you are using therapeutic grade lemon oil. You will know this by the supplement information on the label.
33. Prolong Shelf-Life of Fresh Produce: Fill a bowl with cold water, add 2–3 drops of Lemon oil. Drop cleaned fruit into the water, coating all surfaces. This will   extend the shelf life of fresh produce.

Precautions

Lemon oil can make your skin more sensitive to the sunlight. So, if you apply lemon oil directly to your skin, stay out of direct sunlight for at least 8 hours and use a sunscreen before venturing outdoors.
Also note that although lemon essential oil is non-toxic, some individuals will find that it can cause skin irritation. This is true of any essential oil. If that happens, or if you are concerned, dilute the lemon oil in a carrier oil such as coconut oil, Plain Ole’ Salve, or another carrier oil of choice.

The Final Word

The nice thing about essential oils is that a little goes a long way. Not only that, if kept cool, dark place and they will keep for years. I say this because at first, the cost for a small bottle may seen pricey but the reality is that when compared with over-the-counter remedies and toxic household cleaners, the cost is nominal.
It goes without saying that not all essential oils are created equal. You want to purchase a pure, 100% essential oil and not an oil that is premixed with artificial or chemical derivatives. They can be used both topically and internally, if that is your choice. That said, there are many fine brands and the nice thing about lemon essential oil is that is eminently affordable.

Are microwaves a benign bastion of convenience or a sinister contributor to biological and nutritional damage?  A growing percentage of people are now heeding the advice of holistic health experts and disposing of their microwaves due to the dangers of microwaved food.
Most animals will only consume food in its natural, unprocessed state, but humans actually go out of their way to render food nutritionally worthless before eating it;  and the use of microwaves is no exception. Think about all the prepackaged and processed foods we purchase and consume annually. It’s no wonder the state of our health is in dire straits.
Not only has microwave use been linked to causing infertility in men, but it also denatures many of the essential proteins in the food making them virtually indigestible.

How Do Microwaves Work?

Microwaves use super-fast particles to literally radiate the contents of water inside food and bring it to boil.
Microwaves are a source of electromagnetic energy (a form of  nonionizing form of radiation) electronically generated. When penetrating the aliments, they trigger an inner rotation of the water molecules inside the food. This rotation triggers a friction between the molecules and the result is a rapid growth in temperature.
Microwave ovens work physically, biochemically and physiologically, producing ions and various free radicals, which destroy viruses and bacteria, but not toxins and microtoxins. Experts have concluded that food cooked in microwaves loses between 60% and 90% of its vital energy and, at the same time, the structural disintegration processes accelerates. Also, the nutrient substances are altered, leading to digestive diseases. These microwaves can increase both the number of cancerous cells in blood and the number of stomach and intestinal cancerous cells.

Radiation Exposure

Microwaves leaking radiation is a serious issue. Serious enough for the FDA to set legal limits on the leakage permitted by every microwave manufacturer. However, the only way to completely eliminate the radiation dangers associated with microwaves is not to use one. Microwave radiation has been known to cause cataracts, birth defects, cancer and other serious illnesses.
Because of these causes the microwave ovens were banned in the Soviet Union in 1976. Soviet scientists found that the microwave exposure decreases the ability of some vitamins to by absorbed by the human body, dramatically accelerates the structural disintegration of all foods and reduces the metabolic stress of the alkaloids, glycosides and galactoses.
In 1991, the Swiss Doctor Hans Ulrich Hertel made a study that demonstrated that cooking or heating food presents much greater risks for health than the traditionally cooked food. He found that people who ate microwave prepared food recorded losses in the hemoglobines and lymphoites.
In 2003, a Spanish governmental study elaborated in Murcia demonstrated that the vegetables and fruits cooked in a microwave lost a percentage of 97% of the substances that contribute to reducing the incidence of coronary heart diseases.
In Dr. Lita Lee’s book, Health Effects of Microwave Radiation — Microwave Ovens, and in the March and September 1991 issues of Earthletter, she stated that every microwave oven leaks electro-magnetic radiation, harms food, and converts substances cooked in it to dangerous organ-toxic and carcinogenic products.
In a study entitled ‘Comparative Study of Food Prepared Conventionally and in the Microwave Oven’, published by Raum & Zelt in 1992, at 3(2): 43, it states:
“Artificially produced microwaves, including those in ovens, are produced from alternating current and force a billion or more polarity reversals per second in every food molecule they hit. Production of unnatural molecules is inevitable. Naturally occurring amino acids have been observed to undergo isomeric changes (changes in shape morphing) as well as transformation into toxic forms, under the impact of microwaves produced in ovens.”
There are no atoms, molecules or cells of any organic system able to withstand such a violent, destructive power for any extended period of time, not even in the low energy range of milliwatts. Microwaves quickly destroy the delicate molecules of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant medicines) naturally found in foods. One study showed that microwaving vegetables destroys up to 97% of the nutritional content (vitamins and other plant-based nutrients that prevent disease, boost immune function and enhance health).
Dr. Hertel was the first scientist to conceive and carry out a quality clinical study on the effects microwaved nutrients have on the blood and physiology of the human body. His small but well controlled study showed the degenerative force produced in microwave ovens and the food processed in them. The scientific conclusion showed that microwave cooking changed the nutrients in the food; and, changes took place in the participants’ blood that could cause deterioration in the human system. Hertel’s scientific study was done along with Dr. Bernard H. Blanc of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and the University Institute for Biochemistry.
12 Effects of Microwave Radiation
1. A breakdown of the human “life-energy field” in those who were exposed to microwave ovens while in operation, with side-effects to the human energy field of increasingly longer duration;
2. A degeneration of the cellular voltage parallels during the process of using the apparatus, especially in the blood and lymphatic areas;
3. A degeneration and destabilization of the external energy activated potentials of food utilization within the processes of human metabolism;
4. A degeneration and destabilization of internal cellular membrane potentials while transferring catabolic [metabolic breakdown] processes into the blood serum from the digestive process;
5. Degeneration and circuit breakdowns of electrical nerve impulses within the junction potentials of the cerebrum [the front portion of the brain where thought and higher functions reside];
6. A degeneration and breakdown of nerve electrical circuits and loss of energy field symmetry in the neuroplexuses [nerve centers] both in the front and the rear of the central and autonomic nervous systems;
7. Loss of balance and circuiting of the bioelectric strengths within the ascending reticular activating system [the system which controls the function of consciousness];
8. A long term cumulative loss of vital energies within humans, animals and plants that were located within a 500-meter radius of the operational equipment;
9. Long lasting residual effects of magnetic “deposits” were located throughout the nervous system and lymphatic system;
10. A destabilization and interruption in the production of hormones and maintenance of hormonal balance in males and females;
11. Markedly higher levels of brainwave disturbance in the alpha, theta, and delta wave signal patterns of persons exposed to microwave emission fields, and;
12. Because of this brainwave disturbance, negative psychological effects were noted, including loss of memory, loss of ability to concentrate, suppressed emotional threshold, deceleration of intellective processes, and interruptive sleep episodes in a statistically higher percentage of individuals subjected to continual range emissive field effects of microwave apparatus, either in cooking apparatus or in transmission stations.

Molecular Changes

The more you use the microwave, the worse your nutritional state gets, and the more likely you are to be diagnosed with various diseases and put on pharmaceuticals which, of course, will create other health problems that lead to a grand spiraling nosedive of health.
Of all the natural substances — which are polar — the oxygen of water molecules reacts most sensitively. This is how microwave cooking heat is generated — friction from this violence in water molecules. Structures of molecules are torn apart, molecules are forcefully deformed, called structural isomerism, and thus become impaired in quality. This is contrary to conventional heating of food where heat transfers convectionally from without to within. Cooking by microwaves begins within the cells and molecules where water is present and where the energy is transformed into frictional heat.
The following is a summary of the Russian investigations published by the Atlantis Raising Educational Center in Portland, Oregon:
  • Microwaving prepared meats sufficiently to insure sanitary ingestion caused formation of d-Nitrosodienthanolamines, a well-known carcinogen.
  • Microwaving milk and cereal grains converted some of their amino acids into carcinogens.
  • Thawing frozen fruits converted their glucoside and galactoside containing fractions into carcinogenic substances.
  • Extremely short exposure of raw, cooked or frozen vegetables converted their plant alkaloids into carcinogens.
  • Carcinogenic free radicals were formed in microwaved plants, especially root vegetables.
Russian researchers also reported a marked acceleration of structural degradation leading to a decreased food value of 60 to 90% in all foods tested. Among the changes observed were:
  • Deceased bio-availability of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics factors in all food tested.
  • Various kinds of damaged to many plant substances, such as alkaloids, glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides.
According to Dr. Lee, changes are observed in the blood chemistries and the rates of certain diseases among consumers of microwaved foods. The symptoms above can easily be caused by the observations shown below. The following is a sample of these changes:
  • Lymphatic disorders were observed, leading to decreased ability to prevent certain types of cancers.
  • An increased rate of cancer cell formation was observed in the blood.
  • Increased rates of stomach and intestinal cancers were observed.
  • Higher rates of digestive disorders and a gradual breakdown of the systems of elimination were observed.

Decrease in Food Value

Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritive value of all foods researched. The following are the most important findings:
1. A decrease in the bioavailability [capability of the body to utilize the nutriment] of B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics in all foods;
2. A loss of 60-90% of the vital energy field content of all tested foods;
3. A reduction in the metabolic behavior and integration process capability of alkaloids [organic nitrogen based elements], glucosides and galactosides, and nitrilosides;
4. A destruction of the nutritive value of nucleoproteins in meats;
5. A marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods.

How Do You Heat Your Food The Healthy Way?

This is kind of a misnomer because there is truthfully, with perhaps the exception of  dehydration, no way to heat food and maintain its structural and nutritional value. However, gently heating food in a cast iron pan over the stove may be the healthiest alternative to nuking it. This is the old fashioned way and it never failed our ancestors.
Toss that microwave and strive to consume at least half of your diet from raw foods, that is a huge step in the right direction to maintain their nutritional value. My mother always used to tell me that if food comes from a package, or has to be heated to be eaten, there’s a good a chance it’s low in nutrition. She was right for the most part, so keep that in mind when venturing the aisles at the grocery.

The Real Background to Syria and the Arab Spring

We have had, for some years now, what has become known as the ‘Arab Spring’. This has been portrayed and promoted as people of the Middle East and North Africa spontaneously rebelling against oppression and tyranny. The reason it has been promoted in this way is because this is what the system, the hidden hand behind world events, wants us to believe is the situation.
The Arab Spring can be described aptly in the words of author David Icke, “It is people with brown faces being played off against people with brown faces, so that people with white faces can steal their land.” That is what we are seeing, and Syria is just another step in a long-planned series of countries being hijacked and taken over, with the Arab Spring as the front, the excuse and the cover.
This is a sequence of events that has been long planned.
A piece of background to this is as follows. General Wesley Clark is a former Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO. He said in a television interview in 2007 that the following happened when he visited the pentagon  just days after 9/11:
“About ten days after 9/11 I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say ‘hello’ to some of the people in the joint staff who used to work for me, and one of the Generals called me in. He said, ‘Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me for a second.’
I said, ‘You’re too busy.’
He said, ‘No. We have made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.’”
And so in the run-up to the invasion of Iraq in 2003, Blair and Bush were saying that they were still trying to get a peaceful settlement, knowing all along they were going to invade. Clark continues:
“I said, ‘We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?’
He said, ‘I don’t know, I guess they don’t know what else to do.’
So I said, ‘Well did they find some information connecting Saddam to Al-Qaeda?’
He said, ‘No, there’s nothing new that way, they just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.’
So I came back to see the same guy a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, ‘Are we still going to war with Iraq?’
And he said, ‘Oh it’s worse than that.’ And he reached over to his desk, picked up a piece of paper and he said, ‘I’ve just got this down from upstairs.’ (Meaning the Secretary of Defence’s office) and he said, ‘This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran.’
I said, ‘Is it classified?’
He said, ‘Yes, sir.’
I said, ‘Well don’t show it to me.’ And I saw him a year or so later and I said, ‘You remember that…?’
He said, ‘Sir, I didn’t show you that memo. I didn’t show it to you.’”
So here we have a situation in which countries are being ‘picked off’ – Syria being the latest – which has all been planned long before. Not only that, in September 2000, 12 months before 9/11, the so-called NeoCon group (neo conservatives – a group that controls Bush and the Republican Party and came to power with Bush in early 2001 when he became president) produced a document. In it they called for multiple wars in multiple countries by American forces. The countries they named (the countries they wanted to attack) were these same countries that Clark was talking about, plus some others. It was all planned.
More recently, former French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas said that Britain had been planning a war against Syria for some 2 years before the unrest broke out in the Arab country. The statement came during a recent interview with a French parliamentary TV network, LCP. This is what he said:
“I’m going to tell you something. I was in England, two years before the violence in Syria, on other business. I met with top British officials who confessed to me that they were preparing something in Syria. This was in Britain, not in America. Britain was organising an invasion of rebels into Syria. They even asked me, although I was no longer Minister for Foreign Affairs, if I would like to participate.”
Responding to a question on the motive behind inciting violence in Syria, Dumas said, “Very simple, with a very simple aim – to overthrow the Syrian government because in the region it’s important to understand that the Syrian regime makes anti-Israeli talk.” And then the former Foreign Minister added that he’d been told by an Israeli Prime Minister a long time ago that Tel Aviv would seek to destroy any country that did not get along with it in the region.
It is not just about Israel, it is about the acquisition of country after country across the Middle and Near East, North Africa and then going deeper and deeper South into Africa. This has been planned for decades.

How do they pick-off country after country?

Well first they need a major trigger that can start the process. We know that trigger as 9/11. 9/11 was an inside job – a Problem-Reaction-Solution situation. Problem-Reaction-Solution is a technique which works like this: you want to change society in ways that you know will attract enormous opposition. In stage one, you covertly create the problem – in this case 9/11. In stage two, you tell the people, through an unquestioning and pathetic mainstream media, the version of the problem that you want the public to believe. In this case, nineteen Arab hijackers, who couldn’t fly one-engined Cessnas, flew wide-bodied jets in a way that professional wide-bodied jet pilots have said they could never do, on 9/11. You are now looking for a reaction from the people of fear and outrage and a demand that ‘something must be done’. So in stage three, you openly offer the solution to the problem you have yourself covertly created – in this case the war on terror and invasion of Afghanistan.
They next needed to go into Iraq. They can’t keep using the same reason because people might cotton-on that there’s a pattern, so they have to find different excuses for the same process of acquisition. In this case, ‘weapons of mass destruction’ – you don’t even need a real problem to justify going into Iraq, we’ll just tell them there’s a problem that doesn’t really exist. This was ordered (on behalf of their hidden masters) by the Rothschild assets, George W. Bush and Tony Blair. Both have the character flaws so essential to serving their masters and reaping the financial rewards.
Then they want to go for Libya. So they train and arm rebels. They put their people on the ground while saying that they haven’t got any people on the ground. Then they get the rebels (mercenaries) to attack the regime of Gaddafi. At this point no-one says a word – no government reaction, no media reaction. Then, the Gaddafi regime will respond to that attack, at which point trigger everybody – microphones everywhere. Media, off you go – “He’s killing his own people!” And so they  then create hysteria and a madness that goes like this: We (NATO) have to go in and bomb the Libyan cities like Tripoli, to protect the people from violence. And  they bomb the crap out of the place, slaughter masses of people, destroy cities, take what was the most economically successful country in North Africa and destroy it.
The tribal wars, that Gaddafi was actually keeping a handle on, are now constant civil wars in Libya. But the outcome is that those who were behind the invasion (which is indeed what it was) now control the oil and the semi-independent banking system.

So now, Syria is next. Many of the rebels who were fighting Gaddafi are moved into Syria and start doing the same thing. They start attacking the Assad regime. Again the government and media remain silent until Assad retaliates, at which point – microphones everywhere. Media, off you go – “He’s killing his own people!” They tried for so long to legally supply arms and other support to the rebels, but they couldn’t get it through. So they did it covertly, as they always do, through places like Qatar and Saudi Arabia, who are just satellite states of NATO in the region. Terrible atrocities by these rebels have gone on constantly; however the rebels have been portrayed by the British and American governments as been the ‘good guys’. (Keep it simple – good guys, bad guys. No shades of grey).
They thought they were going to do a Libya. They thought they were going to get rid of Assad very quickly, however it’s not happened. In the last few weeks, Assad’s forces have been taking back areas of Syria which the rebels had held. It was going pear-shaped for the British and American governments, so suddenly, and as this was happening, the EU dropped the ban on supplying weapons to the rebels. Also, suddenly (just by coincidence) Assad is said to have crossed Obama’s red line by using chemical weapons – with absolutely no evidence whatsoever.
What we’re looking at here is not protecting civilians, just as it never was protecting civilians in Libya or Iraq; it is an effort to make sure this so-called rebellion removes the Assad regime so that another tick goes on the list, and then it’s off to Lebanon and off to Iran.

The creation of Al-Qaeda

Al-Qaeda is an interesting story in relation to all of this. Al-Qaeda was created by the CIA in Afghanistan, to fight against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. ‘Al-Qaeda’ means ‘database’, as it was the list of names on the CIA database of so-called Mujahidin fighters against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. At that point they brought Osama Bin Laden out of Saudi Arabia to front up all this, and at that point Al-Qaeda were the
‘good guys’. Then we have 9/11, and they want to invade Afghanistan as part of this sequence, so they have to find an excuse to invade Afghanistan. So now Al-Qaeda, and Osama Bin Laden (who they ludicrously blamed for 9/11) are the ‘bad guys’. What then happens is they justify the invasion of Afghanistan by saying they need to get Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda – who are now the bad guys. Then, Al-Qaeda is in Libya and they’re now on the rebel side against Gaddafi – so now they’re the good guys again. And now Al-Qaeda (good guys still) has moved into Syria, and they are the dominant force within the so-called rebels.
Why do they say Al-Qaeda’s good one day, and Al-Qaeda’s bad the next day? One simple common theme: What does it suit them to say and do in the circumstances that they are facing?
The words and claims spoken by George W. Bush, Tony Blair, David Cameron, Barack Obama, John Kerry (the Secretary of State in America) and by William Hague (the Foreign Secretary in Britain) in relation to this sequence of events hold no validity whatsoever. Every single one of these people is a solid-gold liar, who should be in jail with the key thrown somewhere mid-Atlantic. Because the number of people whose lives have been ended or ruined by being maimed in these conflicts, wars and manipulated rebellions does not even begin to register in the human mind, such is the scale over these years that we’ve lived through. And this is just the latest. It’s a scam, and anyone who believes it – well, lost cause – because it’s so blatant.
