ENDOMETRIOSIS & POLYCYSTIC OVARIES: HOW TO HEAL & PROTECT THE FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

 ·  · COMMENTS
It’s estimated that as many as 1 in 10 women of childbearing age suffer from some kind of reproductive organ condition at some time in their life.
Endometriosis and Ovarian Cysts are two of the most common dis-eases that cause discomfort and anxiety in many women and there are some natural remedies that can help.

WHAT IS ENDOMETRIOSIS?

Endometriosis is cysts which manifest when tissue from the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus. Sometimes the tissue even attaches to an ovary and forms a growth, and in serious cases, leads to fertility problems.

WHAT ARE POLYCYSTIC OVARIES?

Polycystic ovaries form when eggs mature within the follicles or sacks, but the sack doesn’t break open to release the egg. Cysts eventually form because the cycle repeats and the follicles keep on growing inside the ovary.
Symptoms for both of these ovarian cysts include:
  • Breast tenderness
  • Dull ache in the lower back and thighs
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Painful and irregular menstrual periods and abnormal bleeding
  • Inflammation, fullness or pain in the abdomen
  • Problems passing urine completely
  • Difficulties getting pregnant
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Weight gain.

WHAT CAUSES THESE CYSTS AND OTHER DIS-EASES OF THE FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM?

The cysts actually form in order to contain toxic waste from chemical dioxins contained in pads and tamponsmedicinal residues that have been prescribed for the reproductive region. Additionally, a diet that over time is heavily weighted towards inflammation-causing foods and unhealthy lifestyle and personal care habits can lead to these conditions in women as well.
Toxic Feminine Hygiene Products
One of the leading causes of endometriosis and cysts on the ovaries and all of these different problems are the commercial pads and tampons that women use during their period.
The pharmaceutical industry uses dioxins in these products so that women bleed more requiring them to buy more product.
Do you remember the toxic shock syndrome?
Not too long ago, there were such excessive toxins in these products, it was actually killing some women. Then they finally managed to get the dosages worked out and everybody thought the issues went away, but it's still a very real problem.
Additionally, bleachfragrances'odour neutralisers' and other chemicals are often added, many of which are harmful to the body and some are even carcinogenicmeaning they cause cancer!
It’s vital to make the choice of using only unbleachednatural fibre tampons and pads as a first step to stop poisoning one of the most sensitive and vulnerable parts of your body.
And if you have teenage girls whose 'cycles' have begun, make sure that you educate them early on about the difference between unbleached natural products and those that contain chemicals and dioxins.

DIET

Start by eliminating foods that cause inflammation in the body, including processed grainsrefined sugarsartificial sweetenerschemically infused caffeineprocessed meatstrans fats and hydrogenated oils
Increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables with a particular emphasis on the following which will help soothe pain, reduce inflammation and create an environment for the reproductive area to heal:
  • Good Fats and Omega-3 Oils: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Macadamia Oil, Coconut Oil and Avocado Oils;
  • Magnesium-rich foods: e.g. Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Bananas, Spinach and Chard;
  • Iron-rich foods: e.g. All leafy greens, prunes, artichokes, black beans and organic eggs;
  • One-Seeded Foods: e.g. Avocados, Olives, Peaches and Apricots.

NATURAL REMEDIES

Organic Yoghurt
Before going to bed at night, insert into the vagina at least a tablespoon of plain live-cultured, organic yoghurt that contains no gelatine. Then place a natural fabric, unbleached pad and go to sleep. The live cultures in the yogurt will promote healing in the affected area, and if done consistently for 1 to 2 months, the cysts will naturally remove themselves.
Detox & Cleanse the body
A 2-3 week juice fast or water fast will give your body a chance to heal more rapidly.
It's also a good idea to help the body eliminate any toxic residues that may be accumulated or remaining in your digestive tract, either before or after your fast.  You can do this with my natural colon cleanse fibre/clay product called Cleanse Me.
You may find it difficult for the first few days, but stick with it and you'll discover just about any ailment or dis-ease can heal and you'll soon have more energy and confidence.
A 21-day CABALA juice fast (juicing fresh apples, carrots, beets and lemon) with a cold-pressed juicer (or on days when you need extra-convenience, try my Raw CABALA juice powder) This is an excellent protocol that has worked wonders for many women to remove even the most-advanced and stubborn cysts.
Practitioner Treatments
Professional modalities like good AcupunctureChiropractic and Osteopathic can also relieve painpromote healthy posture and balance, and are safe, alternative therapies if done by a skilled practitioner.
Essential Oils
The power of pure, essential oils for supporting the reduction of pain, cramping and restoring an emotional state of wellbeing should not be underestimated. Clary Calm is one essential oil blend that can help balance hormones naturally.
The primary ingredient in this blend is Clary Sage, which is well known as a powerful essential oil for PMSand alleviating women's hormone imbalances.
Clary Sage has unique hormone-like components that help to balance out estrogen production in the body.  Studies show that it reduces pms and menstrual cramps by 2-3 times. In fact, it is so effective at relieving pain, another study showed clary sage to be quite effective in also relieving pain in childbirth.
PMS Bath Soak Blend
Add 3 drops of Clary Sage, 2 drops of Chamomile, 2 drops of Geranium and 2 drops of Lavender to a running warm bath. Tip: Mixing these oils with 1/4 cup Epsom salt before adding to the bath will help keep the oils from floating on top of the water and will include the benefits of magnesium.
Conclusion
The medical world knows only how to treat symptoms without addressing the underlying cause of the problem.
If you go to a Doctor for some type of reproductive organ pain, you'll probably be prescribed a pain relief medication and then a drug like 'progesterone', which will not only suppress the inflammation in the pelvic cavity, but cause a raft of side-effects, like losing your period or ability to conceive and a host of hormonal issues.
In my mind, it's far better to attempt to heal yourself naturally using some of these principles of self care I've shared with you here.

The Wealthiest Black Community in America Was Destroyed and No One Remembers It Happened

It began with a boy and a girl. A 19-year-old black shoeshiner got on a whites-only elevator to go up a few floors to a restroom. The elevator operator was a 17-year-old white girl and she let out a scream. The boy ran, the police followed, and two days later the city burned.
The wealthiest black community in America was destroyed in 1921, and no one remembers it happened. Oh, we’ll get the 17th film about Martin Luther King Jr. to be sure, but that’s because it’s safe history. It’s a history where we’re comfortable labeling the bad guys “bad” because we can make them caricatures and know they lose. It’s the same reason Abraham Lincoln and the end of slavery. But we don’t mention the long, dark time between. Just fold the pages of the history books over, Hollywood, and pretend that Selma happened the page after the Emancipation Proclamation.
Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1921 was a seething center of racial hatred. Historians estimate that active members of the Ku Klux Klan numbered some 3,000 out of the 70,000 in the city. Systematic segregation was the order of the day, but taken to a sort of level rare even in the darkest parts of the South in those years. There was a section of town called Greenwood and dubbed Negro Wall Street, though one imagines that the actual term used wasn’t quite so polite. The black businesses were there, the black homes were there, the hospitals, schools, parks. It was the richest black neighborhood in the country, almost self-sufficient in the way it was carved off from the rest of the city. Top to bottom, this was where blacks of all social classes lived and worked, the civilized American take on the model of the Warsaw ghetto.
But that changed with the burning match tossed by that single ill-fated elevator ride.
The police — a newly elected white county sheriff and his black deputy — did not conduct a manhunt. The consensus is that they concluded that no crime had actually been committed, that the shoeshiner, Dick Rowland, had tripped, that the elevator operator Sarah Page let out a startled yell, and that a clerk next door called the police. They took Rowland into custody to protect him from being lynched.
A mob formed, demanding Rowland be turned over to them. The sheriff refused, repeatedly, despite the swelling crowds. Over in Greenwood, black leaders argued over what could be done. The old counseled patience, fearing for the wrath that could fall on the community. But the young, many of them Great War veterans, decided there would not be another lynching, that after a decade of terror in the state in which 30 had been lynched, they would draw the line there. That they would rather fight than watch another innocent butchered. With rifles and shotguns, they armed themselves and went to the courthouse.
The hours stretched out into the night, the tension building. A hundred men facing a mob 2,000 strong outside the courthouse. A shot rang out; the tension exploded. During the course of two days, dozens were killed as violence raged uncontrolled through the city. The American Red Cross estimated 300 blacks were killed, most thrown into mass graves since disappeared and never searched for. The official count was only 36 deaths. Because that’s the easy lie that always comes after the violence. After the National Guard has been called in to put down the “Negro Uprising”; after old World War I aircraft are used against civilians; after 6,000 blacks are rounded up into containment centers; after 1,200 homes and 200 businesses are burned to the ground; after there are no real figures on black deaths or injuries anyway since the two black hospitals were burned down. Read that again: they burned down the hospitals.
It’s those sorts of details that get you, that so thoroughly drive home an image of a time and a place that you think you were there. Details like that are like the phrase uttered right before Q snaps his fingers and transports you to another place. They’re like subconscious triggers that switch something in your brain, flipping you from reading about history to going full Manchurian candidate rage about something that happened before your grandparents were even born. They’re the details that make the past real instead of theoretical.
The memories are long faded, most of the survivors long scattered and dead, their stories so rarely told even to their descendants that the event is a ghost between the pages of histories. The local newspaper archives no longer have the articles that give all the details of those days, because someone has long since removed them. Even the microfiche is gone for the pages that once held those articles.
“Violence can only be concealed by a lie, and the lie can only be maintained by violence. Any man who has once proclaimed violence as his method is inevitably forced to take the lie as his principle.” — Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Well Over 8 Million U.S. Children Now On Psychiatric Drugs

Not just the U.S., but the rest of the Western world, alarmingly, over the last 15 years the consistently sharp increases in child mental disorders have now reached epidemic levels. 1 in 5 children have been diagnosed with a mental health problem. In turn, more children than ever before are on psychiatric drugs.
Mental disorders – some disturbing stats
Could the rise in mental disorders be the result of the agendized push for increased psychiatric drugging that began in and around the 1990s? As mentioned earlier, 1 in 5 children have now been diagnosed with a mental health problem:
ADHD (Attention Hyperactivity Disorder) is now well over 40%
For children aged between 10-14 years suicide rates have risen by 200%
Teenager depression – up at 37%…
Psychiatric drugs – breaking down the figures
The different age groups and corresponding figures making up the well over 8 million children on psychiatric drugs in the U.S.A alone can be summarized:
Under 6 year olds – 1,146,530 (yes, that’s well over a million!) and breaking down this figure
Less than 1 year olds – 274,804
2-3 year olds – 370,778
4-5 year olds – 500,948
6-12 year olds – 4,130,340
At 6 years old the psychiatric drugging increases greatly because school starts. If a child is constantly disrupting a class of say 20 to 30-odd other children then drugging is seen as the easiest way to ‘neutralize’ or sedate the disruptive child…
13-17 year olds – 3,617,593
Do the math and that comes to a staggering 8,894,463. For more information on these figures go here and here.
Parents not informed about the well-documented serious risk
Of course, parenting can be difficult at times. In this era, parents face new complex challenges such as, for example, how to make the right choices for their children’s mental health. Parents are up against Big Pharma’s highly deceptive psychiatric criminal drug cartel that cares more about profits than people in the ‘‘PharMonopoly.’
It begins with the parents who are informed of their child’s “mental disorder.”  The parents are then told that their child needs “medicating” without being given the full facts. They’re not told about the dangers of prescribing their child psychiatric meds that could cause serious side-effects, based on a mental disorder than has no science: No confirming medical tests to support a “diagnosis” based only on a subjective opinion from the child’s behavioural checklist. For example, consider the flaws in the case of giving a one year-old antidepressants.
How far will this agendized reckless endangerment go? It pays no heed to the pressing issue of informed consent.  In the name of freedom, the right to refuse meds needs to be preserved before every single child ends up medicated.
It’s no great secret either that psychiatric drugs don’t cure. Psychiatrists and suchlike have openly admitted this. However, if parents refuse to get their child medicated on a potentially life-destroying psychiatric drug then they could find themselves charged with “gross medical neglect” by the CPS (Child Protective Service).
What about those non-invasive, non-toxic alternative therapies?? –No money to be made on those for Big Pharma, so these options are neglected. Stand alone drug treatment should only be a last resort. A holistic approach should be used (more on this later).
School shootings
Children or adults, every day, millions are affected by mood-altering meds. Some reach their breaking point, culminating in horrific violent outbursts on others, or as suicides (or attempted suicides).
Whether it’s Columbine, Parkland, or other schools, after a pupil goes on a headline-making, school-shooting, killing rampage, there’s one thing that always ends up as “speculation” when people ask why it happened. Be it, for examples, from mainstream media or with politicians when debating gun laws, rumours abound, that “speculation” is the suggestion that the school shooting violence was brought on by the affects of psychiatric meds.
But it’s not speculation.
The link between the violence and psychiatric meds is a well-documented fact. Be it with school shootings or adults, many of these infamous mass-killers had either been on or were coming off psychiatric meds.
As long as the paid-off politicians turn a proverbial blind eye to this obvious link while allowing the Big Pharma psychiatric industry a highly lucrative cosy pathway that leads to the drug sales then we are an endangered race.
As famous psychiatrist Peter Breggin tells us in so many words, the equation is quite simple: more psychiatric meds = more mass shootings.
Solutions
Firstly, parents need to connect the dots; educate themselves on how to make informed choices for the mental health and well-being of their children.
For optimal health and well-being
As mentioned earlier, stand alone,”band-aid” toxic drug treatment capable of assaulting the mind, body and spirit should only be a last resort. A holistic approach incorporating an IEP (Individualized Education Programme), family therapy and nutrition can be used…
The following advice is not only for children but also for adults. Bear this in mind when 1 in 6 adults are on psychiatric meds. Here are 6 things for optimal health and well-being.

1. Diet
The importance of a good diet cannot be overstated. A healthy diet greatly promotes good mood, ability to concentrate and has even been shown to reduce violent behaviour. Avoiding junk food such as refined sugar products, a good diet consists of natural wholesome organic seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables…etc. Make sure of a good supply of quality fats.
2. Drink plenty of water
Many suffering from mental health problems are known to be seriously dehydrated. For example, schizophrenics have this disposition. The human body is around 75% water. So, it goes without saying that drinking good water promotes health and well-being. The brain has the highest water content…
3. Maintain good gut health
Gut microbiome greatly influences mood and behaviour. Fermented foods, probiotics and B-vitamins promote beneficial gut microbiome. A healthy gut produces good levels of the feel-good chemical serotonin.
4. Get lots of sunlight
Those suffering from depression are known to have low vitamin D levels. Increased sunlight exposure raises body vitamin D levels and thus effectively treats depression. How about getting sunlight by spending time in nature?
5. Handle stress levels
Out-of-balance stress and mental health problems are inextricably linked.  Therefore to return to balance it’s necessary to handle stress levels.
Meditation and yoga are excellent ways to handle stress. They have shown to be good for treating metal problems such as depression.
6. Reduce EMF exposure
Overexposure to EMF/RF wireless applications have been known to cause nervous, hormonal and behavioural problem, so try to minimize this. Especially with childrenas they are more susceptible.
Finally
Consult a health professional at all times for guided advice.
