The ‘Legal Name’ Game – and How It’s Used 

Against You

The legal name game is one of the greatest “con games” ever invented. The controllers of the New World Order use the legal name to trick you into (unknowingly) consenting to give away your natural rights, to federal government. Once you do this, everything that you purchase or acquire under that legal name legally belongs to the government. In other words, your car, your house, and anything that you have purchased or owned using your legal name is legally the property of government.
The good news is that they did not do this lawfully and therefore, they have no lawful standing. So, if you want to learn how to defend your rights effectively, you first need to understand the differences between the words legal and lawful.

Lawful or Legal?

The following definitions are quoted from A Dictionary of Law 1893:
“Lawful. In accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law. “Lawful” properly implies a thing conformable to or enjoined by law; “Legal”, a thing in the form or after the manner of law or binding by law. A writ or warrant issuing from any court, under color of law, is a “legal” process however defective. See legal.”
“Legal. Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding, the exposition, the administration, the science and the practice of law: as, the legal profession, legal advice; legal blanks, newspaper. Implied or imputed in law. Opposed to actual.”
In the natural hierarchy, something that is lawful is above something that is legal. If something is legal, it does not necessary mean that it is lawful. Lawful is more about natural rights and legal is more about rights (privileges) given by man or the government.
“Legal” looks more to the letter [form/appearance], and “Lawful” to the spirit [substance/content], of the law. “Legal” is [a] more appropriate [word] for conformity to positive rules of law; “Lawful” for accord with ethical principle… A legal process can be defective in law.” [source]

The Birth Certificate Trap

The government document that is used to forge your name and trick you into giving up your natural rights, is the birth certificate, which is actually a bond and a contract. This is why your birth certificate is traded on the stock market. The birth certificate is your first commercial contract with the State, and your entry into their vampiric game called the debt-based commerce system.

Some spiritual teachers have said that the legal name is the “mark of the beast”. In my opinion, the “mark of the beast” can mean a few different things — all associated with a mark of spiritual slavery. The legal name is just one of them.

What is the Legal Name?

Your legal name is created by the government to trick you into doing business with it, and submitting to its rule. To be more specific, your real name is an appellation. Only “things” have names. Furthermore, living and breathing people have autographs, not signatures. A signature is used by a corporate officer to do business with a corporation.
In the legal system, when a person’s name is written in all lower case (i.e., john quincy adams) it is referring to a natural and living person. Furthermore, when a person is described as “John Quincy of the House Adams”, it is referring to a natural and living person.
When a name is NOT written like the two examples above, 99 percent of the time it is referring to an artificial person, also known as a corporation. It is important to know that in the legal system the word person can mean many things, such as a corporation, legal name, legal person, artificial person, or natural person.
Most of the time when you receive a letter or document from a bank, a court, or a government agency, your name is written in all CAPITAL LETTERS. This ‘all caps’ name tells lawyers, attorneys, and judges that it is a legal name of a corporation or a dead man’s estate. If the legal name is written in CAPITAL LETTERS and the letters are ITALICIZED, it is the name of a ship.
The legal naming convention is described by AntiCorruptionSociety.com as follows:
  • john –quincy: adams = a living American endowed with all his natural
    rights
  • John Quincy Adams = a foreign situs trust used in commercial shipping
  • JOHN QUINCY ADAMS = a foreign estate trust
  • John Q. Adams = a public transmitting utility company
  • John q. Adams = a public foundation
  • JOHN Q. Adams = a cooperative
  • JOHN QUINCY ADAMS = a boat or ship used in public commerce [*Editor’s note: According to the book You Know Something Is Wrong When… An American Affidavit of Probable Cause, this name is supposed to be italicized ie. JOHN QUINCY ADAMS ]
  • JOHN QUINCY Adams = a commonwealth trust
  • J. QUINCY Adams = a slave owned by Exxon Corporation
  • J.Q. Adams = a foreign pauper forbidden to own land
  • Adams, John Q. = a taxpayer
  • ADAMS, JOHN Q. = a soldier
  • adams, john q. = a slave
“There are dozens of different potential meanings that can be arbitrarily assigned to anyone’s name and used to “represent” radically different entities. In a verbal conversation we can talk all day long about someone or something named “John Quincy Adams” and which john quincy adams or what kind of JOHN QUINCY ADAMS will never be known, except from the context of the conversation — but on paper the use of such a system instantly defines what or whom is being talked about — if you know the system.
“This is what the legal, banking, and political systems use to control you — essentially, to enslave you. It is a crime known as “personage”. By arbitrarily creating an Estate trust named after you and claiming to own this thing they created, they have falsely claimed to own you and your assets and to literally buy and sell “you” on stock exchanges, ship “you” out of ports, and tax “you” for doing things you’ve never done. After all, there is no law against enslaving an ESTATE trust, is there? Or arresting a slave? Or charging a tax on importing revenue to Puerto Rico?”

The Main Role of the Legal Name

The following paragraphs are an excerpt from my second seminar that explains in details the main role of the legal name:
The government can only operate in a fictional world because it is a corporation. According to Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Edition, a corporation is “an artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state.” Because the government is a corporation (artificial person), it is a fictitious entity that has no natural rights or power. Its main source of power comes from feeding on the energy of the people.
Since a corporation is a fictitious person, it cannot think, speak, see, touch, smell, or do anything that a living person can do. In other words, a corporation cannot, by itself, function in the real world. To function in the real reality, it needs a conduit or a liaison of some sort to connect it, and the fictional world in which it exists, to the real reality.
As living, breathing people, we exist in the real world, not a fictional world. But government exists in a fictional reality, so it can only deal directly with other fictional persons, such as corporations, agencies, and states.
This is why the name of the place that you go to for a trial is called a “court-room.” Do you remember what I said earlier about why the court is a place where people go to when they want to play a game? When it comes to the government, the court has to operate as a game, because it is dealing with a fictional thing. This is why the court system is all based on presumption when it is dealing with the government and the legal person.
Because the government cannot deal directly with the real you, it needs to trick you to agree to be a conduit or a liaison, so that it can connect you to the fictional government. This conduit is the legal person (legal name), which is the name written in all caps. This legal person is not you, but is a fictitious entity used by the government to do business with you.
The moment you agree to be the legal person (legal name), (ie. by showing I.D.) you create a contract that connects you to the legal person. This allows the government to do business with you. It also allows the government and the court to have jurisdiction over you. However, you can void the contract anytime you want.

How the Voting System is Used to Enslave 

You to a Private Corporation

In the USA, many Americans are watching the 2016 Presidential Debate, so they can 
make an “informed” decision to vote for the candidate that they believe is the best to 
lead their country. What most Americans do not realize is that all presidential candidates 
are “actors” applying for the job of President of a corporation called The United States of 
After being hired, they are trained to be professional actors and liars, so that they can fool 
the American people to support the United States, Inc., and help spread its franchise 
throughout the world. The word franchise means “the right or license granted by a company 
to an individual or group to market its products or services in a specific territory”. But did 
you know that the word franchise can also mean “the right to vote”?
Like any corporate employee, when a presidential candidate wins an election and is sworn
 into office, he or she becomes an employee of the United States, a federal corporation. 
Do you need evidence of this? Under title 28 U.S. Code § 3002 subsections 15 and 15(A), 
““United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation.” It is right in their laws!
Why do you think the United States has a president and a vice president? It has to do with 
corporate law. This is why every major corporation (i.e., Walmart, Target, McDonald’s) 
has a president and a vice president. Under corporate law, corporations are required to 
have a “president” and “vice president”. The Corporate United States is no exception. It is 
right in your FACE and hidden in plain sight!
As an employee of the United States, Inc., the President has to follow the rules of the United 
States or the President will be “fired”. Unlike a traditional employee, the President can only 
be fired by his or her “board of directors”, also known as Congress.
Because the United States is a corporation, it also has shareholders, which are the leaders 
of the New World Order. Some people like to refer to them as the Elites or the Banksters. 
I like to refer to them as the Dark Magicians or the Controllers. Because the United States, 
Inc. has shareholders, its top priority is to make sure its shareholders are happy.
The United States most profitable business is WAR, which is why it has been constantly 
at war with other countries. Since 1776, the United States has been at war 222 out of 239 
Order to make money and spread tyranny throughout the world. Why would anyone with a 
soul want to support the United States, Inc and the New World Order?

Why Most United States Politicians are a Disgrace to Life, Liberty, 

and Freedom

Nearly all politicians in the USA are traitors to the American people and the human race, 
because they swore an oath to a privately owned foreign corporation known as the United 
States. This private and foreign corporation resides in Washington D.C., also known as the 
District of Columbia. The United States is controlled by the United Nations, an organization 
controlled by the New World Order (NWO). Washington D.C. is also a privately owned 
foreign corporation. Washington D.C. is NOT part of the USA (the country), just like Vatican City is not part of Italy.
The Rise of Trump-Style Politics and What it Means for the Future of America
To find the evidence proving that nearly all politicians in the USA are traitors to the American 
people and the human race, you need to be aware of Title 8 U.S. Code § 1481. Under 
Title 8 U.S. Code § 1481 it says:
(a) A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose 
his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of 
relinquishing United States nationality—
(2) taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a 
foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of eighteen years;
(4)(A) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under
 the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of 
eighteen years if he has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state;
Because Washington D.C. is not part of the Continental United States (the land mass), 
it is a foreign city-state with respect to the Continental United States. A state is also a 
corporation. The United States resides in Washington D.C. and is also a foreign corporation.
To connect the dots, when candidates take an oath of office of the United States and 
become its employees, their citizenship is relinquished and therefore they become foreign
 agents. This happens because these candidates swore an oath to the foreign UNITED 
STATES, INC. and the foreign organization that controls it.
Remember what Title 8 U.S. Code § 1481 said about swearing an oath to a foreign state? 
“A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall 
lose his nationality by voluntarily… taking an oath or making … [a] formal declaration of 
allegiance to a foreign state…” such as the United States corporation, which is based in 
the foreign city-state of Washington D.C.
By now you should know why nearly all politicians in the USA are a disgrace to life, liberty, 
and freedom. Most politicians throughout the world are also a disgrace to life, liberty, and 
freedom —  because they work for the New World Order, not the People they claim to 
represent.
How the Voting System is Used to Enslave You to a Private Corporation - Protesters with Flag of US Corporation
In the picture above, the people protesting and waving the United States flag are protesting 
against the tyrannical actions of the U.S. government, but at the same time are worshiping 
the flag of the Corporate United States, unaware of the difference between the country called 
the Continental United States and the corporation called the Corporate United States. No 
wonder nothing really changes in the USA.
The flags in the picture above do NOT represent the Continental United States 
(the landmass or country). They represent the criminal United States, Incorporated. 
If you have a flag of the United States, Inc. in your home or yard, you might want to remove 
it and throw it away. This flag does not really represent freedom because it is the flag of 
the United States, Inc., a corporation controlled by the New World Order (NWO). The NWO 
is a secret organization controlled by secret societies. Its main goal is to enslave the human 
race under a fascist and Nazi-type one-world government.

The “Right” to Vote in the United States is a Fraud

Here is an excerpt from my article titled Why the Right to Vote in the United States is a Fraud, 
which explains why the “right” to vote is a big fat scam!
In legal terms, your right to vote is actually a privilege because to be a United States Citizen 
means that you are a legal person, also known as a corporation. A corporation is a fictitious 
entity that has no right. So, when politicians tell you that you have the right to vote as a 
United States Citizen, they are already lying to you.
Every time you vote, you are giving your consent to be governed by treasonous politicians. 
These politicians do not care about you because they work for the Banking Elites, which are 
the International Banksters who own the United States, Inc.
The right to vote in the United States is a FRAUD, because your vote does not really matter and 
the voting system is rigged, just like a casino. Furthermore, when you vote, you are voting for a 
president of a FOREIGN corporation known as the United States, Inc.
One thing you need to know about the U.S. voting system is that the presidential candidates are 
chosen by the International Banksters and they control both of the Republican and Democratic 
parties. The idea that we have choices when it comes to electing presidential candidates is an 
illusion.
As an American, when you vote you are basically committing TREASON against the country 
called The United States of America (Major), which is made up of 50 separate nation states 
operating as a nation on the land jurisdiction. The United States of America (Minor) or the
 United States, Inc. is operating under the international jurisdiction of the sea, which is based
 on Admiralty Law (the Law of the Sea).
Proof that the USA is Controlled by Foreign Corporations

The Occult Definition of the Word Vote, and How Voting Is Used 

to Drain Your Energy

The word vote is defined as “a formal expression of opinion or choice, either positive or 
negative, made by an individual or body of individuals” or “the means by which such 
expression is made, as a ballot, ticket, etc.” These two definitions of the word vote only 
show you the overt meanings of the word vote. To find the occult meanings of the word vote, 
you need to use the art of phonics to help you see the relation among words.
Phonetically, the word vote sounds exactly like the word volt. Where do voters go vote/volt 
at? In a voting booth or a polling/poll-ing booth. The word poll sounds similar to the word 
pole, which is defined as “either of the two regions or parts of an electric battery, magnet, 
or the like, that exhibits electrical or magnetic polarity”. In other words, a pole is the electric 
battery pole of positive (+) or negative (-). This is why when you go vote, you go to the 
polls/poles, so that you can place your vote/volt on the candidate that you want to see 
put in charge.
Once the votes/volts are counted, the politician or “pole-itician” that receives the most 
votes/volts is the person who will be elected into the position of power. Maybe this is why 
it is called power politics. Every time you vote, you consent to give your electrical energy 
to the Dark Forces, so that they can use it to power their corporations and New World Order. 
It is all about tricking you to give up your energy.
The presidential election is nothing more than a con game created by the Dark Forces to con 
you to agree to be a human “battery“, so that they can drain your living energy to power their
 dead matrix and corporations (“corpses”). This is why before they can summon you to go to
 court, they need to charge you first.
