ORANGE PEELS and CANCER

Oranges have long been heralded as one of the great symbols of health, due to their vitamin C content and rich, vibrant color. But after you peel your next orange, think twice before you throw away the skin — it turns out this is actually the healthiest part of the whole fruit!

So you’re convinced that orange peel is the real deal, but how do you actually eat it? Surely you don’t just shove it straight into your mouth and start chewing? Luckily, no you don’t.
